I know airlines are more likely to divert to an airport they operate to like you say but we can’t even get the diverts these days  this just sums up AGS

Absolutely nothing to do with AGS. I’m sure the actual (correct) reason for the divert will be in the press soon enough and then perhaps you’ll feel a bit silly.
Exactly where did I say it had anything to do with AGS?

To spell it out, I’m absolutely sick of AGS’ inability to announce any new or re-commencing routes.

You obviously haven’t been able to work out that this was a joke, with even the diverts heading to EDI. That is all.

No feeling silly here, my man!
Right there. I’ve even underlined and made it bold for you.

Likewise 8-)

I don’t know - can’t even attempt to inject a bit of humour in here these days without someone having a pop.

There’s Jet2 737-300 coming in on a charter from Parma this afternoon.

I'm sure the EXS028C is a positioning callsign - it is presumably coming in to perform an outbound charter tomorrow or Tuesday (Celtic in Dortmund?)

Jet2 G-JZHW airborne using the call sign ESN2MY. Never seen that before.
Haha, now changed to EXS2MY. Doh!

Obviously a huge area of airspace was blocked out with little notice . . . not just DXB affected

TUI sending 2 x 738 from BHX to operate the 787 PMI rotation today.

Looks like they are also sending another 787 to operate the TFS this afternoon.

Can only assume the 787 went tech on arrival from MLB this morning.

I was on FR24 after midnight and I’m sure there was a TUI 787 positioning flight to BHX just leaving.

Probably something to do with English half term?

Check out playback of G-TUIH on Flightradar24. https://fr24.com/data/aircraft/g-tuih#3797a91a
