September Ends

Post by Iain »

It was reported in another thread that GLA management had told the airport consultative committee in January that there would be "big announcements" in September:

We'll, that's September now passed us by - and the sum total of announcements is a one weekly flight to DBV that doesn't start for two years!

We've heard repeated positive claims and statements from those in charge at GLA over the last 18 months, but their lack of actual results really is telling.

Meanwhile our neighbors to the east announced a daily 787 to PHL and other key regionals like NCL have announced a number of new routes from LS.

A quarterly meeting and no minutes published since January's meeting . . . I suspect nothing to say!

Latest noise consultation stuff posted via Twitter this morning.

We all know how they’re managing to reduce noise around GLA!

Perhaps the sale process is taking precedence.

To paraphrase Monty Python here," He's not Jesus, he's a very naughty boy". But, he is also correct. It would seem AGS are resorting to the old smoke and mirrors routine.
