Re: Ryanair: Could my prayers be answered?
So Jet2 lied, didn't they say after Bournemouth, there were going to be no more bases
Re: Ryanair: Could my prayers be answered?
2 based A/C at LTN with some W non-based flying.
Re: Ryanair: Could my prayers be answered?
An airline telling fibs. Not like that’s never happened before and will continue to happen until the end of time!
Re: Ryanair: Could my prayers be answered?
Nauseating, more London pish. Can't be long until the FR LGW base....
Re: Ryanair: Could my prayers be answered?
LTN is already bursting at the seams with all the W6 activity at times. God only knows how they'll cope with this. It's gone from being one of my favourite London airports to my most hated. I'd rather fly through STN and that's saying something.
Re: Ryanair: Could my prayers be answered?
Luton has a legal capacity cap of 18m per annum, and presently running at just over 14m. They are trying to get an increase to 19m, however a decision on that is till awaited.
Coming back to Ryanair, the addition of Malta is a welcome step forward, albeit a small one, but a destination which used to have multiple weekly flights back in Air Malta days. Hopefully might signal Ryanair being open to having some more non-based flying at off-peak times.
Re: Ryanair: Could my prayers be answered?
Jet 2’s GLA-MLA flights must be doing well if Ryanair want a piece of the action next summer.
