GLA and social media
Re: GLA and social media
Maybe the Numpties on the social media team should go on some training to understand the difference between a pic of a landing aircraft and a departing aircraft.

I did see it earlier though and when they mentioned easyJet passengers ‘departing for somewhere new’, for a minute I wondered if it might be a teaser for some new EZY routes being announced, but then I came back from momentarily living in cloud cuckoo land and remembered its GLA and highly unlikely to be anything new for us ‘troops’

Re: GLA and social media
I'm glad they deleted the post. Yet another embarrassment from the clueless marketing team at GLA. They really are idiots. Hopefully, the new CEO shows them the door and has them in the dole line by Monday morning.

What on earth this has to do with the airport I have absolutely no idea. The Wonka Experience, a year ago today
What can you remember about the world famous event?
Re: GLA and social media
Shambles. Sack the social media and marketing team. Now!
I'm going to email the new CEO. I don't expect a response, as he’s undoubtedly busy turning this sleeping giant around, but his marketing team seems to be working against him and the airport rather than supporting them.

Re: GLA and social media
Has to be people that are pissed off at the management now, surely
Re: GLA and social media
It is getting a bit weird. I wonder if they’ve employed the same advertising agency that came up with “Pure Dead Brilliant” for PIK…

GLA are using a Social Media Agency called "We are Hydrogen", it is one of their employees in the Airside for numpties video

Interestingly they also have a bit on their website titled "AGS Case Study": https://www.wearehydrogen.com/ags
