Indeed. GLA should try to get a Wizz. base if Ryanair are playing hardball and I’m sure it has been explored by bosses.

Wizz do something like 77 routes from their STN base. I’d take a third of that in a trice. Then watch Ryanair set up here too.
As Kirky states it's actually LTN mate and I've personally been on the receiving end of what unlimited W6 departures can do to an airport. Absolutely ruined LTN last time I came through it. Not the airlines fault, just the level of non-spending pax the airline attracts to the terminal. Would be carnage at GLA.

That’s what GLA bosses thought about Ryanair in 1997. So we missed the boat. I’d take the kind of departure board LTN has any day.

BH Air have a A320 (LZ-DBT) coming in from Larnaca at 1846 having just worked a flight from Sofia.

Not sure as to why or where it goes after it gets here.

Looks like they’re up-gauging to 767 in June - taking advantage after all the other transatlantic carriers have left GLA for EDI.

Doubt it. Cashing in on the lack of competition from Transatlantic carriers more like it.

Surely they’re just going to trash their own yields by putting on a 767 purely to take on Play.
